1. Cut the avocado in the middle and remove the seed. ¹T±ù¤Á¥b²¾°£¬ó
2. With a spoon remove the avocado from the fruit skin a put it in a small bowl, then mash the avocado with a fork until you get a mash. ¥Î´ö°Í§â¹T±ù¦×«õ¥X¨Ó¨ì¤p¸J¸Ì¡A¥Î¤e¤l·o¦¨ªdª¬
3. Cut the 1/2 tomato in small cubes. Hash the onion (as much as you like), the coriander and the chili very fine. ±N¥bÁûµfX¤Á¤B¡A¥[¤J¬v½µ(¥÷¶q¥i¾Ì³ß¦n²K¥[)¡A»µæ»P»¶´Ô¥½
4.When all these are ready, mix them with the avocado mash and put some lemon juice and salt.
